AQUA

General information

Aqua yacht offers both naturalist and diving itineraries, which is unusual in the Galapagos Islands; it rotates each week between a naturalist itinerary and a live-aboard dive itinerary. The Aqua cruise offers the best value for a live-aboard diving experience and offers a great itinerary taking you north to Darwin and Wolf islands. Cabins on board can be used as double or twin (lower double bed / single upper bed) and have air conditioning, a private bathroom and ocean view windows (only the cabins on the main and upper deck). The social areas include a cozy lounge with a bar and a sundeck to enjoy the stunning ocean views. For divers the Aqua yacht features 2 tank compressors, enriched air nitrox, scuba tanks with valves, belts, weights and also a rinse table and camera.

About the diving itinerary:
• The cruise highly recommends that divers bring their own gear.
• All guests must carry their diving certification cards for verification. Photo copies will not be accepted. Please bring your certification card and log book(s) for verification of your experience.
• The diving is considered advanced as it occurs in the presence of strong currents, cold water and limited visibility. The diving also takes place from zodiacs. We recommend that you have more than 100 logged dives and have logged at least one dive within the 6 months prior to boarding the vessel.
